Description
For the first time in Seattle, we will be privileged to host not only a normal weekend workshop with Frank Ostoff, 5th Dan, but additionally a black belt only workshop. In the two days leading up to the all-levels workshop, Ostoff sensei will offer a an intimate, black-belt only workshop to a small number of advanced students and teachers interested in understanding advanced concepts of connection and ukemi and how to pass these concepts on to other students.

Following the Yudansha workshop, there will be an all-levels weekend workshop on Saturday and Sunday. During the workshop we will focus on flow, contact and ukemi skills.
